You can cancel your subscription at any time without questions. Refunds depend on your subscription type:
– Beginner Plan (3 Months)
Refund available at any time. A 10% admin fee and the value of attended sessions will be deducted.
– Advanced Plan (6 Months)
Refund available at any time. A 10% admin fee and the value of attended sessions will be deducted.
– Expert Plan (12 Months)
Refund available at any time. Only the value of attended sessions will be deducted — no admin fees.
Note: You are entitled to a full refund with no deductions after attending the first session only, whether it is a free trial or part of any paid membership plan.If you paid via bank installments in Egypt, refunds are only available within 14 days of payment. After that, no refund is possible.Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
If you reside in Egypt, these terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes will be handled in Egyptian courts.
If you reside in any other country, the applicable law will be that of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be handled by UAE courts.
